It is interesting how those three words have been used over the years to judge the eligibility of a potential spouse. Unfortunately, some individuals only have these three characteristics and nothing else to offer! Some heartbreaks and even divorces could have been avoided if it was not just the externals that the partners were focused on. The average man sees women as mysteries to be solved but isn’t it fascinating that women can’t always figure out how a man’s mind works? Why else will l be writing this piece if men were the open books some claim to be? Against all odds
For those of us who know about fairy tales (Disney), we know that our heroes and heroines had to face some odds before they could get their ‘happily ever after’. We know about sleeping beauty and her little problem with a sleeping curse. It’s bad enough that Cinderella has a wicked stepmother and she just can’t catch a break, she looses her glass slipper just as she finds her prince charming! Then there’s Beauty and the Beast where her prince has animated furniture to say the least!! The odds really were against them, but they beat those odds.
